A King Member: A subscribing member seeking a platonic dating arrangement
A Princess Member: A subscribing member offering a platonic dating arrangement

OUR SERVICE
1. Our service connects King Members with our registered Princess Members globally. We do not check or guarantee any opportunities forwarded to Princess Members as a result of requests made by a King Members. It is the responsibility of Princess Member to carry out their own checks on any positions they accept and to agree any payment of fees with the King Member.

2. Our agency provides platonic dating solutions to clients requiring accompaniment for a range of events and occasions. Details of any events and any expectations should be discussed between the King Member and the Princess Member(s) before arrangements are confirmed.

3. We welcome registrations from all prospective members in all locations, aged 18 or over.
​
3.1 King Members may be representative of a business/corporation or register as an individual.
​
4. We do not accept any responsibility for any positions which fail to meet the expectations of any members, or which result in any injury or harm to any persons. We do not carry out background checks on our members and it is the responsibility of members to ensure that they are content that any agreed roles are safe to pursue.
5. Opportunities issued to us by King Members will be distributed to Princess Members who we feel will be most suited to the position based on their membership profile information and according to our judgement.
6. Princess Member profile information is not published online or shared with third parties. Any opportunities issued to us by King Members is shared directly with suitable Princess Members via email, text or whatsapp messenger. Princess Members reserve the right to select which opportunities they accept or decline. A Princess Member may accept or discuss the opportunity with the King Member directly, upon receiving details from us of the opportunity.
7. Each King Member may submit up to 2 meet requests per month. Each meet request will be distributed to suitable Princess Members by email, text or whatsapp messenger. We accept no responsibility for any meet requests which do not result in the successful matching of members.

8. Memberships may be cancelled at any time by contacting us using the contact form at eliteanddiscreet.com. However, any memberships already paid or time remaining on a membership will not be refunded under any circumstances.

9. We may inform you of updates to our services and offers by email or text. If you prefer not to be made aware of updates, you may opt out of any further messages, by replying ‘opt out’

10. If any registered member is found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel their membership without refund.

11. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
​
12. Our members are not representative of Elite & Discreet and any actions or communications from them are independent of our agency.

13. Memberships last for a period of 1 calendar month and are non-refundable.
​
14. We accept no responsibility for any downtime or faults present within the functioning of the Website or its features.

15. It is the responsibility of each member to ensure the information they provide on the registration form is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.

16. By visiting our site, you agree not to use our services to engage in or advertise escort or prostitution services, or market any other commercial venture.

17. We use a third-party payment processor to accept payment for membership fees. Any terms and conditions applied by this third-party are out of our control. By completing a membership payment via our website, you accept the terms and conditions of this third-party provider.

18. These Terms and Conditions are governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
